The key to effective marketing is knowledge of a consumer's frame of reference. What does it mean when a mom says, "My kid doesn't have a lot of toys"? Does she mean a basket of toys in the living room or a bedroom filled floor to ceiling? Stepping into that world lets us discover what's real and what it means for our client.
