Paula Ochs, MSW, LCSW, provides the psychological perspective in the analysis. Paula combines market research with an active psychotherapy practice. Her first career was in advertising where she was an account management executive with leading agencies including NW Ayer, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Lowe & Partners. With experience in the marketing and psychology realms Paula is uniquely able to provide insight into the mind-set and behavior of consumers. She specializes in the relationship between individuals and the larger systems in which they operate. Paula received her MSW from New York University and completed additional post-graduate studies at the Ackerman Institute for the Family. Most recently Paula launched The Family Therapist, a not for profit organization. Her weblog is The Family Therapist.
